Yin yoga is a form in which you give your body deeper stretches by staying in a certain posture for longer. Alongside muscles, we work on making the subcutaneous and connective tissue in the body more flexible. Subcutaneous tissue can be found throughout the body: around muscles, organs and bones. Yin yoga stimulates the self-healing potential; gives peace to the mind, and results in deep relaxation.
